The Entrepreneur

An entrepreneur is someone who is always on the look-out for opportunities and who knows how to take calculated risk.

New business ventures do not just happen. They are developed through vision, goals and motivation of individuals who have the courage to bring out the ideas or live the life they want to live.

Every business starts with an idea and setting up and running a business is not anything special if you put your mind to it.

For you as an entrepreneur, a business idea is a concept that will give you the material to envision and start your own business.

Remember, your business has value as a possible entrepreneurial endeavour to the extent that it is able to fulfil future demands for its products and/or services.

The Entrepreneur goes through 5 phases to Business.

  1. Seize the opportunity (Evaluate the opportunity)
  2. Investigate the need through market research
  3. Develop the plan
  4. Determine the resources needed
  5. Manage the distinguishing features of the business – you have written the plan (business or/and marketing), assessed your resources, now you have to run your business. However, you need to know where you are and where you want to be in the market and don’t forget – Always keep Planning
A lot of young and talented people who could be successful in business do not take the chance because everyone tells them they will not make it, or probably they need more self confidence to face the unknown future.  Fear may arise due to the uncertainty of the future. The question is how will you know if you do not take a chance to find out. However, people must feel that their chances of success are good. This is where we come in by providing the necessary marketing tools you need to succeed in your business.
