The Order Process

Once your order has been processed, a social media strategy template will be emailed through for you to fill in and return to us.

This template will clarify your intended social media strategy in order for us to develop a clear path forward. Here are what some of the questions would look like:

Goals: What do you hope to achieve with your social media marketing?
Customer persona: Who are your buyer personas or your audience?
Brand voice summary: How should your content sound or how would you like to appear before your audience?
Selected networks: What platform will you be present?
Graphics: what images – Product, employee, store announcement images – should be included in social media marketing

Your social media marketing plan and calendar will be drafted and sent to you for review and confirmation. Once this is approved, we will start implementing what have been agreed by both parties.
